Dr. William Pollack

Dr. Pollack is a well-respected author of a number of books, including the recently published REAL BOYS: Rescuing Our Sons from the Myths of Boyhood.

Besides his writings and talks on the psychology of men and boys, he is the director of The Center for Men at McLean Hospital, which provides comprehensive services for men and the important people in their lives.

He is also a principal partner of SPECTRUM OED, a consulting firm that works with organizations and executives to build effective work relationships.
